¿En qué piso vives?

Learn about ordinal numbers in a daily situation: the floors of buildings.

Conversation

1. Pedro: Hola, Ana. ¿En qué piso vives? (Hello, Ana. Which floor do you live on?)
2. Ana: Hola, Pedro. Vivo en el cuarto piso. ¿Y tú? (Hello, Pedro. I live on the fourth floor. And you?)
3. Pedro: Yo vivo en el tercer piso, pero quiero vivir en el décimo. (I live on the third floor, but I want to live on the tenth.)
4. Ana: ¿Por qué quieres vivir en el décimo piso? (Why do you want to live on the tenth floor?)
5. Pedro: Porque si es más alto hay más luz. (Because if it’s higher, there is more light.)
6. Ana: El uno de septiembre, me voy a vivir a otro piso. (On the first of September, I am moving to another flat.)
