Los desayunos tradicionales de España: en el norte, como Galicia o Asturias, el desayuno tiene productos locales como pan de pueblo o quesos artesanales, con café o infusiones. En el centro, como Madrid o Castilla, se comen porras, más gruesas que los churros, junto a chocolate caliente. En el sur, en Andalucía, se prefieren platos como tostadas con jamón serrano, aceite de oliva virgen extra con un poco de tomate.

Translation

Traditional breakfasts of Spain: in the north, like Galicia or Asturias, breakfast includes local products such as rustic bread or artisanal cheeses, with coffee or teas. In the center, like Madrid or Castilla, they eat "porras," thicker than churros, along with hot chocolate. In the south, in Andalucía, dishes like toast with serrano ham, extra virgin olive oil with a bit of tomato, are preferred.
