La gente se levanta temprano por la mañana, entre las 7 y las 8. Después de levantarse, se ducha y se viste. A media mañana, sobre las 11, se hace una pausa, llamado "almuerzo". Al mediodía, entre las 2 y las 3, se come. A veces, la comida va seguida de una breve siesta. Por la tarde, se merienda entre las 5 y las 6. Se cena bastante tarde, sobre las 9 y las 10 de la noche. La gente se acuesta tarde.

Translation

People get up early in the morning, between 7 and 8. After getting up, they shower and get dressed. Mid-morning, around 11, they take a break called 'almuerzo'. At midday, between 2 and 3, they have lunch. Sometimes, lunch is followed by a short nap. In the afternoon, they have a snack between 5 and 6. Dinner is eaten quite late, around 9 and 10 at night. People go to bed late.
