| 3. | Primero debes proteger el corazón de la persona. | First you must protect the heart of the person. |
| 4. | Coloca tus manos en el centro del pecho y empieza a moverlas hacia abajo y hacia arriba. | Place your hands in the centre of the chest and start to move them down and up. |
| 5. | Las presiones en el pecho tienen que ser fuertes y rápidas. | The pressures on the chest need to be strong and fast. |
| 6. | Si la persona no respira, necesitas hacer respiraciones de boca a boca para ayudar a los pulmones. | If the person is not breathing, you need to perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to help the lungs. |
