1. Mi hijo es muy curioso. Siempre me pregunta por qué voy al médico. My son is very curious. He always asks me why I go to the doctor.
2. Le explico que nuestro cuerpo es como una máquina mágica. I explain that our body is like a magical machine.
3. Le digo que el dentista cuida los dientes, que son importantes para comer y sonreír. I tell him that the dentist looks after the teeth, which are important for eating and smiling.
4. Le cuento que el fisio ayuda a las personas a moverse. I tell him that the physio helps people to move.
5. También le hablo de la ginecóloga, que cuida a las mujeres. I also talk to him about the gynaecologist, who looks after women.
6. Y del oculista, que cuida los ojos para que podamos ver bien. And the optician, who takes care of the eyes so that we can see well.
7. Le digo que el cirujano opera en el hospital cuando es necesario. I tell him that the surgeon operates in the hospital when necessary.
8. Y que cuando alguien se pone muy enfermo, tiene que ingresar en la clínica. And when someone becomes very ill, they have to be admitted to the clinic.
9. Le explico que es importante visitar al médico para estar bien. I explain that it is important to visit the doctor to stay well.
