- These possessive adjectives are placed after the noun.
- Possessive adjectives agree with the gender and number of the noun.
- The same adjective is used for the third person singular and plural.
- In many cases they are accompanied by the definite article. Example: "el mío".

Exceptions!
- In some cases, articles are omitted, especially after the verb "ser". Example: "Estas botas son mías."
