Introduction to time adverbs that indicate the frequency and duration of something in Spanish.
- Adverbs of time indicate how often or for how long something happens.
- Adverbs are usually placed before the main verb.

Siempre (Always) | Siempre corro en el parque. (I always run in the park.) |
Cada (Each) | Cada mañana hago ciclismo. (Every morning I go cycling.) |
Todos (Everyone) | Todos los días hago karate. (Every day I do karate.) |
Nunca (Never) | Nunca juego al fútbol. (Never do I play football.) |
A veces (Sometimes) | A veces nado en la piscina del gimnasio. (Sometimes I swim in the gym's pool.) |
De vez en cuando (From time to time) | De vez en cuando juego al baloncesto. (Occasionally I play basketball.) |
A menudo (Often) | A menudo juegan al tenis. (Often, they play tennis.) |
