1. Pedro: ¿Qué te parece este piso? (What do you think of this flat?)
2. Ana: Me gusta, es luminoso y el bloque de pisos se ve tranquilo. (I like it, it is bright and the block of flats looks quiet.)
3. Pedro: Sí, pero las afueras no me convencen. Prefiero estar en el centro. (Yes, but the outskirts don't convince me. I prefer to be in the centre.)
4. Ana: Bueno, pero aquí la zona residencial es más barata. (Well, but here the residential area is cheaper.)
5. Pedro: Es verdad. ¿Has hablado con el casero? (It's true. Have you spoken with the landlord?)
6. Ana: Sí, el propietario vive en el mismo edificio. (Yes, the landlord lives in the same building.)
7. Pedro: Ah, eso está bien. ¿Y hay portero? (Ah, that's good. And is there a porter?)
8. Ana: Sí, está siempre por las mañanas. (Yes, he is always here in the mornings.)
9. Pedro: No está mal. Pero no tengo ganas de trasladar. (It's not bad. But I don't feel like moving.)
10. Ana: ¡Ay, Pedro! Siempre encuentras una excusa para no mudarte. (Oh, Pedro! You always find an excuse not to move house.)
