Los saludos son muy importantes en España. Hay saludos informales y formales. Se dice hola para los amigos o familia. Se dice buenos días para los desconocidos. Se saluda con dos besos a amigos y familiares. Para saludar formalmente damos la mano. Se dice buenas noches cuando es de noche. Por la tarde, se dice buenas tardes. Si conoces a alguien nuevo, puedes decir un placer, mucho gusto, o encantado.
Translation
Greetings are very important in Spain. There are informal and formal greetings. You say hello to friends or family. You say good morning to strangers. You greet friends and family with two kisses. To greet formally, we shake hands. You say good night when it is night. In the afternoon, you say good afternoon. If you meet someone new, you can say a pleasure, nice to meet you, or delighted.
