La Lotería de Navidad es muy importante en España. Cada año muchas personas compran un billete para participar en este evento. Es una tradición en España desde el año 1763. El sorteo siempre es el 22 de diciembre. Los niños cantan los números de los ganadores en la televisión. Este año hay muchos premios para ganar. Todas las personas que participan quieren ganar "El Gordo", es decir, el primer premio del sorteo.
Translation
The Christmas Lottery is very important in Spain. Every year many people buy a ticket to participate in this event. It has been a tradition in Spain since the year 1763. The draw is always on the 22nd of December. The children sing the numbers of the winners on television. This year there are many prizes to win. All the people who participate want to win "El Gordo", that is, the first prize of the draw.
