At El Bulli, people have had the chance to try very special foods and drinks. The small dishes have always been a surprise for people. Adrià has used new and creative techniques. El Bulli was the best restaurant in the world for a long time. But they closed it, and it has not been open since 2011. Ferran is a legend to this day.
