Joaquín Sorolla pintaba escenas de la vida española. Su cuadro "Chicos en la playa" es famoso. Los niños del cuadro jugaban en el mar, nadaban y se reían. Es una escena feliz y divertida. Sorolla capturaba la luz del sol. La arena brillaba y el agua era azul. Los niños llevaban trajes de baño coloridos. Este cuadro nos deja con nostalgia por la infancia. Es un ejemplo de la cultura española.
Translation
Joaquín Sorolla painted scenes of Spanish life. His painting "Chicos en la playa" is famous. The children in the painting played in the sea, swam and laughed. It is a happy and fun scene. Sorolla captured the sunlight. The sand shone and the water was blue. The children wore colourful swimsuits. This painting leaves us with nostalgia for childhood. It is an example of Spanish culture.
